Terms of Sale (Draft)
This draft Terms of Sale outline is for Bluefin Peptides operated by Bluefin Products Group LLC (“Bluefin,” “we,” “us”). It is not final or binding until counsel approves a published version.

1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only (RUO). Products are not FDA-approved drugs, not dietary supplements, and not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use (unless expressly labeled otherwise), or any therapeutic purpose.
You represent that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and will not use products in humans or animals, or market them for such use.
2. Age restriction
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you are 21+.
3. No human use; no medical advice
Nothing on the site constitutes medical, dosing, reconstitution-for-injection, or treatment advice. Bluefin does not provide protocols for human use. Product descriptions, purity figures, and COA data are provided for research documentation purposes.
4. Account, orders, and pricing
We may refuse or cancel orders (suspected fraud, policy violation, stock errors, pricing errors). Prices and availability may change. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout via approved methods. Title and risk of loss pass per the Shipping Policy / carrier handoff as stated therein (counsel to confirm Incoterms-style language).
6. Shipping & cold chain
See the Shipping Policy. Same-day and cold-chain handling are subject to the 2:00 PM ET cutoff, stock, weather, and carrier constraints.
7. Returns & refunds
See the Returns / Refunds Policy. Opened research materials may be non-returnable except where required by law or due to Bluefin error / verified quality issue.
8. Chargebacks
Contact us before filing a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension, collection of fees, and reporting where lawful. For affiliates, chargebacks reverse commissions.
9. COA and product information
Lot-level COA lookup is available at /coa. Specs are lot-specific. Photos and marketing copy are illustrative. Report discrepancies promptly.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not: misrepresent intended use; resell into channels promoting human use; scrape the site abusively; interfere with affiliate tracking fraudulently; or violate export/sanctions laws.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” BLUEFIN DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Research outcomes are not guaranteed.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEFIN’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE. BLUEFIN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluefin Products Group LLC and its officers, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
14. Governing law & disputes
Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution (including any arbitration clause) will be inserted by counsel before this draft is finalized. Do not rely on this section as complete.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version posted on the order date applies to that order unless otherwise required by law.
