Same-day processing cutoff (one time)

Same-day processing cutoff: 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

• Orders paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day, with in-stock items and no fraud hold, are generally processed the same business day.
• Orders at or after 2:00 PM ET typically process the next business day.
• “Same-day ship” means handed to the carrier / labeled for that day’s pickup — not guaranteed delivery the same calendar day.
• Weather, carrier delays, address issues, and high volume may affect timing. Bluefin is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

Rates

• Flat shipping: $10.00 per qualifying order (contiguous US), unless checkout shows a different promotional or remote-area rate.
• Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and international destinations are not offered at standard flat rate; checkout will show availability or decline unsupported addresses.
• Local pickup, when offered at checkout, has no shipping charge.

Cold chain

• Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold-chain packaging (for example ice packs / insulated materials as appropriate to SKU and season).
• Open packages promptly upon delivery and follow any included storage guidance for research materials (not human-use instructions).
• Report damaged or thawed-on-arrival packages within 48 hours with photos so we can open a carrier claim / replacement review.

US stock

Inventory is stocked in the United States by Bluefin Products Group LLC.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when the label is created / the shipment is tendered.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for accurate shipping addresses. Reshipment for customer error may require payment of additional shipping. See also Returns and Terms of Sale (draft for counsel).
