Because products sold by Bluefin Products Group LLC are research-use materials with cold-chain handling and lot traceability, returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised items are generally not accepted except as below.

Eligibility
Returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised items are generally not accepted, except:
- Wrong item shipped
- Verified defective / quality issue supported by photos and lot information
- Lost packages (after carrier investigation)
- Other remedies required by applicable law
Window
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues.
- Unopened items in original condition may be considered for return authorization (RMA) at Bluefin’s discretion; return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless Bluefin erred.
Process
- Email support@bluefinpeptides.com with order number, lot (if known), photos, and issue description.
- Await RMA / instructions — do not ship back without authorization.
- Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued after inspection as appropriate.
- Original shipping is typically non-refundable unless Bluefin error.

Partner / referral orders
